We are looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Manager to take responsibility for the planning and optimisation of all online marketing activity for Sadja WebSolutions. You will develop all performance media channels as well as email marketing to deliver profitable sales and customer growth/retention for the business.
Develop, implement and manage the Africa digital marketing plan to deliver sales, visitors and customer growth through SEO, PPC, affiliates, email, paid social and display advertising.
Drive digital marketing campaigns from concept to delivery including tracking, attribution and review.
Manage the relationship with the digital marketing agencies.
Ensure all digital channels are performing against target and achieving effecting ROI.
Manage email marketing from planning to send and create a programme of test activity and new initiatives to mine the customer database for increased ROI.
Development of a continuous test & learn approach to all acquisition channels to ensure they are fully optimized and driving the maximum return for the business.
Work collaboratively with the Senior Ecommerce Manager to plan the content calendar and leverage all content across the digital marketing channels.
Work closely with the client’s merchandising and trade teams to ensure acquisition channels are optimised and aligned with trading plans and customer acquisition plans for the different divisions and ranges.
Manage the digital media investment across all paid media.
Define budgets across all performance channels and forecast the business contribution of each.
Identify new opportunities recurrently (campaigns, new channels, different execution) to maximize traffic and drive revenue.
Own reporting & analysis on acquisition channel activity against KPI’s ensuring performance clearly communicated to key business stakeholders as relevant
Use data & analysis to further decision making and present this data in a meaningful way to key stakeholders to help influence future activity initiatives
Work closely with internal teams to develop and optimise the online user experience
Proactively monitoring the latest trends and making suggestions where necessary.
4+ years working in Digital Marketing and Ecommerce, ideally working across PPC, paid social, affiliates, SEM, retargeting, SEO and emails
Solid understanding of the various tools of performance marketing and how to leverage these to deliver quality site traffic and deliver sales.
Strong commercial acumen and results focused with a track record of driving profitable and measurable results.
Experience in managing third-party agencies to devise strategies and deliver results.
Strong analytical skills and experience of building commercially focused online marketing reporting.
Experience in the creation and seeding of strong, targeted online content to drive traffic and sales
Experience of budget management and online marketing reporting.
Technically proficient with experience of working across multiple ecommerce platforms and systems, e.g. Google Analytics, Ometria, Facebook Business Manager, Emarsys, Google Adwords, Google Analytics and SFCC.
Intermediate/Advanced user of Photoshop, Dreamweaver, HTML highly advantageous.
Experience working across multiple countries will be highly regarded.
